China CNR Corporation has received a new contract to supply 17 train sets to Turkey’s Izmir Metropolitan Municipality.
The municipality announced the tender for purchase of train sets in 2014. The tender includes procurement of 85 light rail vehicles, 5 vehicles in each set. The commercial details of the contract are yet to be disclosed.
